ArtsyStudios is a branding and design studio based in Tilburg. Contact person: Timo Botermans (Founder).

What personal data we process

We only process data that is needed to run the website and respond to requests.

• Contact and brand scan forms: name, email address, company name (brand scan), subject, and message.
• Direct email contact: any information you choose to include in your email.
• Technical and security data: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and referrer for security, rate limiting, and server operations.
• Live visitor overview (server-side): short-lived visitor counts by page, device type, and referrer category.

Why we process this data

• To respond to your request.
• To handle contact and brand scan submissions.
• To reduce abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
• To keep the website technically stable and secure.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technical service providers required for hosting, mail delivery, and website assets (such as external stylesheet hosting), only to operate the website.

Retention periods

• Form submissions: as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request by email.
• Contact rate-limit records: up to about 1 hour.
• Live visitor cache: about 5 minutes.
• Security logs: as long as operationally required for security and abuse prevention.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. We review every request carefully.
